★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy nasabah baru bfi. Proses pencairan ribet, bunga hampir 50% udh gtu ada sisa pencairan katanya 2 minggu tp blm cair jg. Proses lama harus nunggu pusat bla bla bla. Fix ini pertama dan terakhir sy pinjam disini.
 I'm a new BFI customer. The disbursement process is complicated, the interest is almost 50% already there is still the remaining disbursement, he said, 2 weeks but it hasn't been disbursed yet. The long process has to wait for the center blah blah blah. This is the first and last fix I borrowed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata memang ribet Klo urusan dgn BFI manis di Awal pahit kemudian udh lunas lbh awalpun masih nunggu 1 minggu untuk ambil BPKBnya trus apa gunanya bayar administrasi mahal2 ,mana pelayanan gak ramah sama sekali, bagi yg mau ke BFI pikir 2 lg biar gak menyesal.
It turns out that it's really complicated. When dealing with BFI is sweet at the beginning, it's bitter and then it's paid off even earlier still waiting 1 week to get the BPKB, then what's the point of paying expensive administration, where the service isn't friendly at all, for those who want to go to BFI, think twice so you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya mengecewakan,untuk pengambilan bpkb ktanyan 7 hri stelah pelunasan. Tpi stelah 8 hari di suruh nunggu 5 hari lagi.
The service is disappointing, for bpkb collection it's 7 days after payment. But after 8 days I was told to wait 5 more days.
