★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leasing dengan pelayanan yang sangat super buruk. Kasir dan customer service sangat lama dan bertele tele. Pengambilan BPKB harus menunggu 14 hari kerja setelah pelunasan. Waktu ambil BPKB lama nya luar biasa. Setelah menyerahkan bukti pembayaran lunas dan ktp di suruh menunggu,sudah lama menunggu di dalam di arahkan menunggu di luar,dengan alasan tempat gantian,padahal tidak ada yang menunggu, sama satpam di suruh tunggu di tempat yg aga jauh karena proses nya bisa 30 menit,dan untuk menghindari kerumunan. Hello saya di dalam sudah hampir 1 jam, di tambah lagi suruh nunggu di luar 30 menit. Haddeeh...leasing macam apa ini,menerapkan peraturan seperti ini,yang jelas sangat merugikan waktu customer.
Leasing with very super bad service. The cashier and customer service are very long and wordy. BPKB withdrawals must wait 14 working days after repayment. The time to take the BPKB was incredible. After submitting proof of payment in full and the ID card is told to wait, it has been a long time waiting inside to be directed to wait outside, on the grounds of a changing place, even though no one is waiting, the security guard is told to wait in a place that is far away because the process can take 30 minutes, and to avoid the crowd. Hello, I was inside for almost 1 hour, plus I was told to wait outside for 30 minutes. Haddeeh ... what kind of leasing is this, applying rules like this, which is obviously very detrimental to customer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananya sangat sangat lama padahal cm ingin mengambil BPKB yg sudah lunas.padahal tdk ada antrian d kasir atw d customer service.16-09-2019 waktu menunggu 10.00 s/d 10.55 hampir sejam

The service is very very long even though cm wants to take the already paid BPKB. Whereas there is no queue at cashier or customer service. 09-16-2019 waiting time is 10.00 to 10.55 almost an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debt collector nya kagak punya hati baik semuanya jahat dan ambil semuanya dan kagak dibalikin. Pokoknya bagi yang motornya udah diambil ama orang ketiga dari pihak bfi jangan harap barang yang tertinggal bisa kembali lagi dan ini adalah kantor riba hukumnya dosa besar. Saya katakan Ini Kantor leasing paling buruk secara keseluruhannya apalagi debt collectornya oknum semua
The debt collector doesn't have a good heart, everything is bad and takes everything and doesn't turn it over. Anyway, for those whose motorbikes have been taken by a third person from the BFI, don't expect the items left behind can come back again and this is a usury office, the law is a big sin. I say this is the worst leasing office overall, especially the debt collectors are all unscrupulous
