β β β β β Buruk banget pelayanannya. Mereka janji pasang AC 1hr setelah pengiriman, tapi udah nunggu 2hr ga datang2 juga teknisinya. Janji doang, biar pelanggannya beli, begitu pelanggan sudah beli ya utk janji pemasangan dilupakan. Saya udah rugi waktu, rugi Pulsa, cape krn ga bisa tidur. Jgn pernah beli disini deh. Mereka janji2 doang

2. Product knowledge staff nya sebenarnya lumayan, cuma best denki itu kan bukan toko sebuah brand ya, agak disayangkan saja kalo ada staff nya memberi informasi yang terlalu menjurus ke suatu brand tertentu
3. Penanganan terhadap komplain cukup responsif

β β β β β Malam itu saya ke Best Denki Mall Ciputra Cibubur untuk membandingkan harga TV karna saya ingin membeli sebuah smart TV, namun saat saya masuk dan melihat tv yang bagian depan (bagian TV mahal dan yang besar) ada seorang salesnya tanpa bertanya terlebih dahulu TV apa yang saya inginkan, dia langsung bilang sama saya bahwa tv yang 32 inch ada di bagian belankang padahal saya akan membeli tv yang lebih besar ukurannya, memang sih saat itu saya memang tidak sedang menggunakan pakaian yang rapih karna hari itu saya sedang libur dan tak mau rapih2 banget lagi juga ga jauh dari rumah, namun saya sangat tidak suka dengan maksud sales itu seakan2 saya hanya sanggup membeli tv kecil dan yang harganya murah saja, seharusnya sales itu bersikap profesional dong jangan hanya menilai saya dari pakaian saja. Sayang saat itu saya tidak tau siapa nama sales itu karna dia tidak menggunakan tanda pengenal pokoknya sales itu ciri2 kurus agak tinggi dan berkulit sawo matang, so please untuk Best Denki tolong di training para salesnya untuk tidak menilai orang hanya dari pakaiannya saja dan jangan terlalu mudah meremehkan customer.
