★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya laundry 64pcs, sampai rumah cuma ada 53pcs. Saya whatsapp bilang baju kurang, saya dibilang ngada2. Saya disuru kirimin foto baju yg kurang semua, gimana cara tu ya? Saya cmn dapet foto baju yg bs di cek “riwayat pembelian” dr aplikasi uniqlo. Nama mba nya yg bilang saya ngada2 EFI/EVI/EFFI! Saya minta tanggung jawab tapi ga ada tanggung jawab. Minta ngomong sama owner, dia bilang owner ga ada, gatau kapan datang!

Very ugly, give up laundry here. The price of laundry bed covers + bed sheets 60 thousand but rich bed linen are not washed GROSS. My new bed sheet is getting dirty, lots of stains. Just 1x laundry here, won't come back again. Kapok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilang lagi sarung guling. Di nota tertulis 7pcs yg diterima 6, alasannya salah tulis.
Berikutnya sabtu sore laundry baju 5 kilo 25pcs, minggu ditelp siang hari katanya baju bisa diambil sore karena lagi diseterika. Senen siang jam 11 saya ambil dan ternyata belum diseterika alesannha kemarin hari minggu mati lampu. Kemudian saya minta antar kerumah, mba dan masnya bilang kita anter langsung kerumah kalau sudah diseterika (padahal alamat saja tidak ditanya). Lalu selasa sekitar jam 1 saya ambil dan saya tanya kenapa tidak diantar dan mbanya bilang tidak ada yang anter. Mbanya yang muda agak kurang sopan ya, mohon bisa dikondisikan untuk pemilik. Beda dengan awal2 saat buka bahkan owner saja mau ambil baju kerumah saya.
