Baru beli ac merk sharp blm lama
Baru seminggu udh bnyk rusaknya
Pertama keluar air dr lubang ACnya
Baru bbrpa hari kejadian pertama,AC kembali error tidak dingin dan muncul tulisan "FO" pada layar
Komplain ke karyawannya malah jwbnnya sangat tidak profesional
Tidak menunjukan pelayanan yg baik dan ramah
Harus bnyk ditraining lg karyawannya biar tau cara handle n service terhadap costumer yg baik dan benar
Mungkin krna tokonya dipasar bkn didepstore,swalayan atau store dimall mkanya sembarangan melayani costumer
Klo sudah masuk depstore atau swalayan ga bisa melayani costumer seperti itu
Krna klo didepstore setiap costumer bisa komplain mengenai ketidakpuasan atas service si penjual dan handling terhadap costumer pun bagus
Intinya walaupun toko elektronik dipasar atau dipinggir jln harus tetap melayani n handle costumer dengan baik krna pelayanan yg baik itu penting supaya costumer merasa puas dan ingin kembali berbelanja ditoko tsb.

Just bought the old brand Sharp AC not old
