★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa servis disini, sangat2 tidak rekomen. Mac saya menjadi matot (tambah rusak). RAM memory saya hilang 1 keping, lalu akhirnya diganti dgn RAM yg berbeda. Dan orangnya sangat tidak komunikatif.
I am very disappointed to service here, it's really not recommended. My Mac became dead (more broken). I lost 1 piece of RAM memory, then finally it was replaced with a different RAM. And the person is very uncommunicative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah servis MPB 2018 disini dan berkomunikasi hanya lewat WhatsApp. Yang jadi issue sih MBP saya kena Folder Tanda Tanya dan Kena 2003f pas Internet Recovery. Akhirnya divonis SSD Onboardnya Corrupt. Saya mengiyakan karena memang sebelum kena Folder Tanda Tanya dan 2003f, MBP saya kemungkinan jadi corrupt karena install MacOS yg dilakukan oleh amatiran dan itu gagal.
Akhirnya dikerjakan sama owner AppleClinic dalam waktu 2-3 hari dan langsung normal kembali (secara penglihatan saya). Selama 1 minggu pemakaian belum ada keluhan. Ini sangat memuaskan kan bagi saya. Untuk harga karena saya user baru MBP jadi saya masih belum tahu apakah harga service saya kemarin itu mahal atau terjangkau.
Selain itu, ada kekurangan dari pengalaman service kemarin adalah kurangnya aspek komunikasi yg baik. Jadi awalnya saya agak ragu untuk service disini. Tapi dengan berserah diri kepada Allah akhirnya saya deal service disini. Jadi saya harap kedepannya owner AppleClinic bisa lebih komunikatif lagi dengan client, supaya client bisa nyaman dan ada rasa trusted.
Tambahan juga, untuk kurir pickup nya sebenarnya udah bagus. Akan tetapi lebih baik kalo kurir nya menyertakan tanda pengenal atau seragam/jaket kalo memang dia kurir AppleClinic. Soalnya pas kemarin diterima sama orang rumah saya, kurang menyenangkan.
Harapan lainnya dari saya untuk AppleClinic, semoga makin profesional dan makin banyak pelanggan yang trust dengan BengkelMac.
Saran bagi yg membaca ini dan mau service untuk selalu meminta bukti transaksi/bukti service/kwitansi. Apalagi jika MBP/MBA anda inventaris kantor.
Ever had MPB 2018 service here and communicated only via WhatsApp. The issue is that my MBP is subject to Question Marks and 2003f files when Internet Recovery. Finally sentenced to Corrupt Onboard SSD. I said yes because before it was hit by the Question Mark Folder and 2003f, my MBP might have become corrupted due to installing MacOS by an amateur and it failed.
Finally it was done by AppleClinic owner within 2-3 days and immediately returned to normal (in my eyes). For 1 week of use there have been no complaints. This is very satisfying for me. For the price, because I am new to MBP, I still don't know whether the price of my service yesterday was expensive or affordable.
Besides that, there is a drawback from yesterday's service experience is the lack of good communication aspects. So at first I was a little hesitant about the service here. But by surrendering myself to Allah I finally got a deal service here. So I hope that in the future AppleClinic owners can be more communicative with clients, so that clients can feel comfortable and have a sense of trust.
In addition, the pickup courier is actually good. However, it is better if the courier includes identification or uniform / jacket if he is an AppleClinic courier. The problem is that just yesterday it was received by the person in my house, it was not fun.
Another hope from me for AppleClinic, hopefully it will be more professional and more customers will trust BengkelMac.
Suggestions for those who read this and want service to always ask for proof of transaction / proof of service / receipt. Especially if your MBP / MBA is office inventory.
