★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been experiencing noisy sound whenever i drove in bad roads from front wheel area. I expected a wear and tear suspensions, bushings, or joints. I guess this is the right time to fix it since my van is also a decade old.
Google review helped me a lot to decide that the repairment goes to Bengkel OmHeri.
After a pre drive test, mechanics diagnosed that the problems came from a dead/weak shock absorber, problems in steering rack, tie rod, rack end, bushing arm, and ball joint. Seems a lot. Greatly appreciated that they showed all the bad parts and openly published all the fees attached in their wall.
Except for the steering rack, they told me that all the 'reconditioned' works such as shock absorbers, tie rods, rack ends, also ball joints & bushing arm replacement would be done at their workshop. Really curious how the result would be and how its durability.
So, its amazing. In a post-repair drive test with Pak Jono, all the problems were solved. The shock absorbers went back to normal and work greatly. Driving felt stable than before, stiff, but quite comfort. It's worthed enough 'ngebengkel' from another city, from 8-14, and cost me 2.2 million. I've calculated that if i use all brand new parts with OEM quality, it'd cost me more than 4.5 million (parts and installation fee).
Pak Jono, Pak Toto, Mbak Rita, Pak Hendra are all amazing. Friendly and open for discussion. Keep it up om Heri. Trust, reliable, and honesty hopefully always be your team and workshop values.
