★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primatech menurut saya sangat bagus dalam penanganan unit mobil yg diperbaiki. Menyelesaikan sampai tuntas dari permasalahan yg ada, termasuk utk pencarian sparepart dan pengerjaannya sampai jadi. Saya punya mobil VW Combi Jerman'77, tadinya ke bengkel lain tapi tdk bisa teratasi, lalu saya bawa ke primatech bisa diatasi sampai enak dikendarai. Primatech mantaps.
In my opinion, Primatech is very good at handling repaired car units. Completely complete the existing problems, including the search for spare parts and the process until they are finished. I have a German '77 VW Combi car, I went to another repair shop but it couldn't be resolved, then I took it to Primatech and it was handled until it was comfortable to drive. Excellent Primatech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama service ganti oli sebelum lebaran, termasuk benerin power window yg macet,
baru 1 bulan uda macet lagi semua pintu.. ternyata yg kemarin gak ganti apa2..dan harganya per pintu 75rb, jadi total 4 pintu 300rb,
terus sekarang benerin lagi, ketika uda bener dan dicoba tau2 ada 1 pintu yg kabel sulurnya putus, terus diganti pake kabel inner kopling..
yang bikin kecewa adalah
1. Montirnya ceroboh, ada partnya yg patah ketika pasang baud kekencengan, dg snateynya dia bilang, "gpp mas, nanti ta lem.."
2. kaca yg baru ganti kabel masih rendet2 ketika di buka, terus yg punya bengkel malah bilang itu "uda maksimal mas, gak bisa sempurna" yaah kita benerin tuh pengen bisa normal lagi..
3. Harganya terlalu mahal, jasa benerin di hitung satu pintu @75rb.. bukan di hitung jasa keseluruhan. Terus harga inner cable kopling di bandrol 50rb, padahal harga pasarannya 3.500 - 10.000 (cek aja di internet ya)
4. Gak ada ruang tunggu yg nyaman..
Kalau diimbangi dengan pelayanan dan hasil memuaskan, harga sih jadi gak masalah..
Semoga bisa diperbaiki pelayanannya..

it's only been 1 month since all the doors have been jammed again ... apparently yesterday it didn't change anything ... and the price per door was 75 thousand, so a total of 4 doors was 300 thousand,
and now it's correct again, when it's already correct and tried to find out there is a door with broken tendrils, then it's replaced with inner clutch cable ..
what makes me disappointed is
1. The mechanic is careless, there are parts that break when put on baudness, with the snatey he says, "Gpp, bro, later won't glue ..."
2. the glass that just changed the cable is still low when it is opened, then the one who has a repair shop instead says it "it's already maximum, bro, it can't be perfect" yeah we really want to be normal again ...
3. The price is too expensive, correct service is calculated at one door @ 75 thousand ... not calculated as a whole service. Then the price of inner cable coupling in bandrol is 50 thousand, even though the market price is 3,500 - 10,000 (just check on the internet)
4. There is no comfortable waiting room ...
If it is balanced with satisfying service and results, the price doesn't matter.
Hopefully the service can be improved ..
