Untuk pelayanannya sih oke, tapi kualitasnya nggak sama sekali. Dikasih waktu seminggu paling lama. Setelah dateng, hasilnya belang banget. Katanya butuh sehari untuk dibenerin. Keesokannya saya dateng besok magrib untuk ngambil, karena udah malem terlihat lebih baik. Langsung masuk garasi. Karena mobil jarang dipake, saat saya keluarkan siang hari ternyata belangnya masih ketara banget. Kalo untuk dateng lg sih saya ngga, kesalahan pertama aja nambah sehari blm beres juga warnanya. Males balik lg buang2 waktu. Dan juga masih ada obeng ketinggalan di dalem kabin, double tape diatas plafon, cat juga kena lampu san, berantakan pengerjaannya. Kecewa berat sama hasilnya

Sangat Tidak Direkomendasikan!! Pengalaman Buruk saya di Bengkel Mitra Cat ini dengan penjelasan sbb : 1. Sabtu 15 Januari 2022 - Mobil Civic FD B 1836 SAF masuk bengkel mitra cat dengan keluhan cat belang di beberapa panel dan berharap agar hasil bisa sama cat aslinya dengan estimasi pekerjaan 4 hari kerja 2. Saya deal dengan pekerjaan Cat sesuai request saya yaitu menggunakan cat merk “blinken” dgn harga yang lebih tinggi dari yang ditawarkan owner 3. Estimasi yang dijanjikan meleset yang seharusnya selesai di hari Rabu, 19 Januari 2022 mundur menjadi 7 hari kerja yaitu sabtu, 22 Januari 2022 dengan hasil yang sangat buruk yaitu cat asli yang seharusnya tidak disentuh justru menjadi belang namun saya mencoba utk mengerti dan memahami sehingga bersedia menunggu kembali dengan perjanjian waktu yang di sepakati yaitu mundur lagi 4 hari kerja (penghitungan waktu terburuk yang diberikan owner Rabu 26 Januari 2022 pukul 15.00 WIB) dan sayapun juga berinisiatif utk menambah biaya dengan harapan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik dan memuaskan 4. Rabu 26 Januari 2022 pukul 15.00 WIB waktu yang telah disepakati ternyata pekerjaanpun juga masih belum selesai, saya yang notaben nya orang kantor sudah meluangkan waktu utk izin mengambil mobil setelah jam makan siang namun baru diinfokan owner pukul 14.00 WIB bahwa tukang cat nya sedang sakit yang artinya tidak ada control dari owner yang seharusnya menginfokan lebih awal dan mencari solusi. Namun sekali lagi saya mencoba memahami. 5. Saya tetap datang ke bengkel namun yang sangat disayangkan yaitu owner sangat tidak memiliki etika berjualan dengan tanpa memiliki rasa bersalah meninggalkan saya yang kecewa untuk menerima orderan lain tanpa berinisiatif lebih dulu memberikan penjelasan / solusi / maaf sehingga saya hanya berkomunikasi dengan tukang cat nya (pegawai) hingga saya meninggalkan bengkel 6. Saya kembali mencoba memahami dan menerima etika buruk owner serta menerima kembali pekerjaan yang mundur lagi selama 3 hari kerja (perjanjian baru sabtu, 29 Januari 2022 pukul 15.00 WIB) 7. Di hari H (sabtu, 29 Januari 2022) saya sudah tidak berharap banyak dan sesuai dugaan hasil pekerjaan kembali sangat buruk, yaitu cat belang (panu) di bagian pintu depan, beberapa titik cat meler. Namun saya tetap membayar FULL dengan inisiatif tambahan biaya dari saya sesuai perjanjian awal meskipun cat blinken yang saya request tidak pernah diperlihatkan wujud kalengnya serta salah satu petugas nya menyampaikan kalau cat yang digunakan yaitu ducco bukan blinken. 8. Pengalaman saya ini semoga tidak terjadi kepada yang lain. Semoga bengkel ini juga bisa belajar lebih baik bagaimana mentreatment konsumen dengan etika yang baik dan memberikan hasil yang memuaskan bukan janji/omongan yang penuh bualan namun hasil tidak sesuai 9. Finally meskipun saya diarahkan untuk kembali lagi oleh tukang cat (pegawai) dari owner 2 minggu lagi utk membenarkan cat yang meler dan panu, saya mengucapkan terima kasih karena saya sangat tidak berminat untuk kembali lagi ke bengkel ini dikarenakan etika kurang baik dari owner yang saya terima Saya ucapkan terima kasih kepada pegawai owner atas nama adul dan alam yang sudah komunikatif membantu saya. Demikian pengalaman saya ini semoga bengkel ini Berkah dan lebih sukses. Amin Terima kasih.
Strongly Not Recommended!! My bad experience at this Cat Partner Workshop with the following explanation: 1. The estimate that was promised was wrong which should have been completed on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, was pushed back to 7 working days, namely Saturday, January 22, 2022 with a very bad result, namely the original paint that should not have been touched turned out to be streaked but I tried to understand and understand so willing to wait again with the agreed time agreement, which is to go back 4 working days (the worst time calculation given by the owner is Wednesday 26 January 2022 at 15.00 WIB) and I also took the initiative to increase costs in the hope of getting better and satisfying results 4. Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 15.00 WIB, the agreed time turned out to be still not finished, I, the office person, took the time to get permission to take the car after lunch, but the owner just informed me at 14.00 WIB that the painter was sick which means there is no control from the owner who should have informed earlier and found a solution. But again I try to understand. 5. I still come to the workshop but what is very unfortunate is that the owner has no sales ethics without having any guilt leaving me disappointed to accept another order without taking the initiative to first provide an explanation / solution / sorry so I only communicated with the painter ( employee) until I leave the workshop 6. I again try to understand and accept the owner's bad ethics and accept back work that has been delayed again for 3 working days (new agreement Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 15.00 WIB) 7. On the D day (Saturday, January 29, 2022) I did not expect much and as expected the results of the work were very bad, namely the paint stripes (panu) on the front door, a few spots of paint runny. However, I still paid FULL with an additional fee initiative from me according to the initial agreement even though the blinken paint I requested was never shown in the form of a can and one of the officers said that the paint used was Ducco not Blinken. 8. I hope this experience will not happen to others. Hopefully this workshop can also learn better how to treat consumers with good ethics and give satisfactory results, not promises/talkings full of bogus but not appropriate results. 9. Finally, even though I was directed to come back again by the painter (employee) from the owner in 2 weeks to justify the runny and scaly paint, I thank you because I am really not interested in going back to this workshop because of the bad ethics of the owner who I receive I thank the owner's employees on behalf of Adul and Nature who have communicatively helped me. Thus my experience, I hope this workshop is a blessing and more successful. Amen thankyou.

Saya baru pertama kesini…tetapi impresion atau kesan pertama saya lihat bengkel cat oven yg memiliki ruang oven yg cukup meyakinkan dan ternyata setelah selesai mobil jazz vtec GD3 2005 saya seperti saat saya pertama beli…sangat memuaskan dan pemilik serta operator cat ovennya juga cukup enak diajak konsultasi serta memahami apa yg saya mau…Terimakasih Mitra Warna sukses terus…Amiiiinnnn
