★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerjaannya nggak teliti, dipasang sparepart KW padahal di nota Asli, di komplain baru diganti, buang waktu dan MAHAL.
Mekanik nggak teliti, cenderung ngasal, pasang dudukan stand jack bukan ditempatnya, hasilnya body bawah mobil penyok blesek.
Nggak bakal kesini lagi. Pertama dan terakhir.
 The work is not thorough, KW spare parts are installed even though in the original note, the complaint has just been replaced, a waste of time and EXPENSIVE.
Mechanics are not careful, tend to be awkward, install the stand jack holder not in its place, the result is that the bottom body of the car is dented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal nya k sini karna ada bunyi2 di ban depan, lalu pergantian itu kena 1.2 tapi habis itu masih bnyi lg, di bilang masih ada yg harus di ganti, nambah lg 1 jt, bgitu saja terus, setiap mereka bilang selesai, masih ada yg g enak, stil lah yg getar, suspensi yg kerasa ngayun k samping, dan saya complain bilang karna baru lah, dan segala macam nya, akir nya keluar dari sana nota udah 4.250.000, niat biar g kena banyak di bengkel resmi, akir nya saya harus k bengkel resmi besok pagi
At first it was here because there were noises in the front tire, then the change was 1.2 but after that it was still making noise, they said there was still something to be replaced, added another 1 million, just like that, every time they said it was finished, there was still something wrong it's good, it's still vibrating, the suspension feels like it's swinging sideways, and I complained saying it's new, and all kinds of things, finally it came out of there, the note was 4,250,000, the intention was not to get hit by a lot in the official workshop, I ended up have to go to the official workshop tomorrow morning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil pengecekan dibengkel lain, tie rod, link stabil dan ball joint oblak dan bunyi gluduk-gluduk lagi padahal baru 5 bulan diperbaiki disini dengan garansi 1 tahun.
Tapi saat dibawa utk claim garansi, malah disodorkan kertas estimasi atas perbaikan dibagian yang lain yang harganya WOW banget !!
Mereka pikir cari uang itu gampang kali ya
Pikir-pikir lagi deh bagi yang mau kesini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari awal udah jelas salah diagnosa, tetep ga mau disalahin. Ngeluarian uang 400rb masalah tidak selesai. Hati2 yg ingin perbaiki disini. Dan saya langsung pindah bengkel lain alhamdulillah masalah selesai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak professional, antrian berantakan! Mobil baru datang malah diduluin. Padahal kunci sudah dipegang mbaknya. Koordinasi antar tim gak jelas. Montir ga konfirmasi ke mbaknya malah naikin mobil lain dulu. Padahal saya sudah antri 2 mobil!! 1,5 jam woyy! Anj kecewa banget buang waktu!!!

Dateng lsg d cek dlu apa ajaa penyakit'a, keluar estimasi, tinggal pilih mau d kerjain yg mana ajaa sesuai dg budget.
Kerjaan rapih, hasil'a pas daahh ama penyakit kaki kaki, harga jg bersaing laahh sesuai sama hasil'a.

Saran ajaa, sediain ruang tunggu AC, karena nama'a ngerjain kaki kaki ga sebentar klo nunggu. Jd klo ada yg bawa anak bini aman dan nyaman jg ikut nungguin d bengkel.
