★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak amanah. Susah banget dihubunginnya pak Tatang (owner) ini. Ada pekerjaan yang tidak selesai padahal uang sudah full masuk. Janjinya akan ada perbaikan tambahan dengan biaya dibagi 50:50, tapi setelah kami perbaiki dgn biaya sendiri tetap tidak ada respon. Disamperin ke bengkel las pun janjinya hanya besok besok saja ????????

Saya mencoba se-objektif mungkin
Dalam hal ini saya sebagai customer yang memiliki target pembuatan kanopi belakang/dapur
1. Gambar-1 yang kami inginkan dan terlampir harga sesuai kesepakatan (setelah disurvey)
2. Gambar-2 progress yg dibuat tidak sesuai permintaan / kesepakatan awal
Impact buat saya: dapat complain dari tetangga sebelah karena menggunakan tembok mereka dan membuat bocor diding mereka saat hujan
3. Gambar-3 merupakan hasil perbaikan kami dengan melepas baut yang di bor tembok tetangga dan kami pasang kan hebel /dinding baru oleh vendor lain (biaya sendiri)
Rootcause:
Negosiasi dengan pihak sinar teknik adalah perbaikan dengan biaya 50:50 untuk pembayaran perbaikan karena
Target pemasangan kanopi belakang saat hujan tidak ada air yg masuk dan bocor.
Tetapi dari sampai saat ini penyelesaian masalah tidak selesai.
Kami mohon itikad baik sinar teknik untuk menyelesaikan case ini.

1. Picture-1 that we want and the attached price is according to the agreement (after surveying)
2. Pictures of the progress made are not according to the initial request / agreement
Impact for me: I can complain from next door neighbors for using their walls and leaking their walls when it rains
3. Figure-3 is the result of our repair by removing the bolts drilled on the neighboring wall and we installed new furniture/walls by another vendor (own expense)
Root cause:
Negotiations with the engineering ray party are repairs with a fee of 50:50 for repair payments because
The target of installing the rear canopy when it rains is that there is no water entering and leaking.
However, until now the problem solving has not been completed.
We ask for the good faith of the engineering rays to solve this case.
