★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janjian di hari minggu pagi jam 8, pas tiba orangnya blm dtg dtg alhasil nunggu smpe jam 10, itu pun orgnya tidak dtg, montirnya yg langsung test, pelayanan bad bgt, stock sprepart jg masih kurangg banget, beli shockbreaker harus di toko sebelah (shop&drive) , klo untuk montir sangat ramah, tp buat pelayanan cust kurang sekali, harus lebih diperbaiki lgi, sy sngat kecewa penggantian shock saja dri jam 8 pagi smpe jam 11 baru beres
The appointment was on Sunday morning at 8, when they arrived, the person had not arrived, so they waited until 10, and even then the person didn't come, the mechanic did the test right away, the service was really bad, the spare parts stock was still very low, you have to buy a shockbreaker at the shop next door (shop & drive) ) , the mechanic is very friendly, but for customer service there is very little, it must be improved again, I am very disappointed that the replacement of the shock only from 8 am to 11 am just finished

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkelnya mantep banget, service kaki2 dari racksteer, long tie rod, tie rod, link stabil semua bisa dilakukan di sini. mekaniknya ramah2 semua dan baik2, ownernya jg baik sekali dan sabar juga sangat telaten, mobil saya dikerjakan meski sampai lembur malam dan hasilnya mantap. suara2 hilang, senyap, mobil juga jadi nyaman kembali.

The workshop is really solid, service legs from racksteer, long tie rods, tie rods, stable links can all be done here. the mechanics are all friendly and good, the owner is also very kind and patient and very patient, my car was done even though it was late at night and the results were great. the voices are gone, silent, the car is also comfortable again.
