★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenernya bengkel ini cukup bagus buat ukuran bengkel asuransi, Catnya lumayan pakai Autogloss , cukup profesional karena terima revisi . Hasil catnya cukup glossy dan mulus.. Sayang adminya yang namanya E** kurang komunikatif, pertanyaan customer melalui WA banyak yang skip tidak di jawab, memberikan info juga kurang lengkap. Saran perbaiki kualitas admin nya agar customer lebih nyaman, saya malah lebih nyaman bertanya sama driver nya karena ramah dalam menjawab dan bagus product knowledge nya..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang detail, lebih ke alakadarnya. Hasil cat warna nggak keluar kilaunya, nambah biaya sendiri lg wat amplas n poles. Waktu yg ditentukan molor seminggu. Chat sama costumer service 2-3 hari baru d baca. Di komplain masalah overspray sama cat meler nggak d kerjain. Di suruh buru-buru ambil alesannya makan tempat pas d ambil lampu depan mati semua soketnya lom d pasang dan ada part yg belum d pasang. Emblem pada patah miring masangnya. Kondisi mobil beberapa bulan pasca keluar bengkel ini emblem copot 1 ilang, cat bagian spoiler bawah mulai ngelotok (spoiler ganti baru). Bagian dempulan ada yg retak keliatan. Kepala bengkelnya nggak ramah d komplain nggak ada solusi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini salah satu bengkel rekanan Asuransi Sinar Mas, dari tempatnya bengkel ini kaya bengkel biasa jauh dibawah bengkel resmi seperi bengkel Honda atau Toyota. Pekerjaannya ya biasa aja, pengalaman saya hasilnya cukup ok lah buat perbaikan bember penyok, selain itu tidak tau kualitasnya.
