★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku kasi * 1 deh, pelayanan sangat mengecewakan...tadinya seneng bgt deket kost tapi pelayanan buruk, motor ga selesai dikerjakan trus besuknya saya balik lagi eh ternyata motor tidak dikerjakan padahal uda dari pagi datengnya ?? sangat tidak profesional..?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk kenyamanan pelanggan saya rasa sudah cukup baik, hanya saja alangkah lebih baik lagi jika diberi ruangan khusus (sekat antara area montir dan pelanggan) untuk pelanggan jadi tidak jadi satu dengan area montir karena terkadang asap dari knalpot kena muka pelanggan saat motor di gas oleh montir. untuk pelayanan lain seperti minuman gratis(kopi, teh), koran, tv sudah ada. untuk segi pelayanan sangat memuaskan.
For the convenience of customers, I think it's good enough, it's just that it would be even better if they were given a special room (bulk between the mechanic and customer area) for the customer so it doesn't become one with the mechanic area because sometimes the smoke from the exhaust hits the customer's face when the motorbike is gassed by the mechanic . for other services such as free drinks (coffee, tea), newspapers, tv are already there. in terms of service is very satisfying.
