Barusan service, awalnya agak nggak yakin sih.. soalnya teknisinya kurang telaten. tapi setelah diliat dan dicoba hasilnya lumayan. Btw ganti aki kering beat : 245 K service lengkap 75K. Hati hati kebablasan, nggak ada plank soalnya. Patokannya bank BTN

Saya datang ke sini untuk memperbaiki starter motor beat fi yang mati, tapi malah dilakukan service berkala dan CVT yang baru saya ketahui tidak ada hubungannya. Petugas juga langsung mematok harga Rp 170k. Hasilnya? Nihil. Starter motor kembali tidak berfungsi hari itu juga, beberapa jam setelah saya meninggalkan bengkel. Dua hari kemudian saya baru ada waktu ke sini lagi untuk klaim garansi. Ternyata baru ketahuan bahwa problemnya di sistem perkabelan sehingga menghambat aliran listrik ke starter. Eh, tapi petugas malah meminta saya bayar lagi Rp 30k dan artinya garansi servis tidak berlaku. Dalihnya, paket servis yang sekarang dan sebelumnya berbeda. Jadi untuk apa saya bayar Rp 170k kemarin kalau ternyata bisa diselesaikan dengan Rp30k saja? Di sini saya merasa ditipu dan sempat ada perdebatan dengan petugas. Petugas kekeuh saya harus tetap bayar Rp30k dan bilang bahwa tagihan sudah masuk ke sistem sehingga tidak bisa diubah bla bla bla. Tapi karena tidak ingin buang tenaga dan waktu untuk uang yang tidak seberapa, akhirnya saya ikhlaskan. Lewat pengalaman ini, saya ga akan ke bengkel ini lagi karena kapok. Padahal dari dulu motor selalu saya percayakan ke dealer resmi karena saya ini awam dan takut ditipu bengkel2 non resmi. Eh ternyata di bengkel resmi kualitasnya tidak lebih baik.

The officer had to pay me Rp30k and said that the bill had been entered into the system so it couldn't be changed blah blah blah. But because I did not want to waste energy and time for not much money, I finally agreed. Through this experience, I will not go to this workshop again because I am cured. Even though I always entrusted the motorbike to an authorized dealer because I was a layman and was afraid of being deceived by non-official workshops. Uh, it turns out that in the official workshop the quality is no better.

Saya k cewa karna saya daftar d discon karna saya punys kartu nya ternyata saya bayar d kasir kgk discon gmn percuma punya kartu gk d jamin tolong jgn begitu jd k cewain kastamer
