Lalu ke bengkel ac 99 premium,ketemu dengan pak gunawan,penjelasannya bagus dan ramah,staffnya juga pada ramah. Lalu untuk sparepart nya pun di cek satu², tadinya mau ganti evapolator dan ternyata yg bermasalah malah selangnya,untuk harga nya terjangkau. Dan sekarang ac nya sudah dingin dan tidak bau,terimakasih pak gunawan dan staff nya ???
 Earlier, my ac smelled bad, then it wasn't hot, it wasn't cold
Then to the premium 99 AC repair shop, I met Pak Gunawan, the explanation was good and friendly, the staff was friendly too. Then the spare parts were checked one by one, I wanted to replace the evaporator and it turned out that the problem was the hose, for the price it was affordable. And now the air conditioner is cold and doesn't smell bad, thank you sir Gunawan and his staff ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service AC Mobil saya disini. Hasil OK sih. AC bersih. Yg terpenting dari sebuah tempat servis AC adalah kelengkapan alat, skill, dan keterbukaan dalam analisis kerusakan/keluhan AC mobil. Jadi memperbaikinya ngga ngasal. Dan terbangun kepercayaan terhadap tempat tersebut.
Sedikit saran buat premium 99 yaitu: (1) Prokes dalam ketemu pelanggan ditingkatkan karena saat ini prokes adalah nilai lebih, (2) Papan nama Premium 99 kurang kelihatan dari pinggir jalan. Lebih OK kalo ditambah di depan tokonya biar keliatan. Pelanggan biar gampang carinya.

My car AC service is here. OK results. clean air conditioner. The most important thing from an AC service place is the completeness of tools, skills, and openness in analyzing car AC damage/complaints. So fixing it doesn't suck. And build trust in the place.
A few suggestions for Premium 99 are: (1) Improved customer engagement process because currently progress is an added value, (2) Premium 99 signage is less visible from the roadside. It's better if you add it in front of the shop so it can be seen. Make it easy for customers to find.
