★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan lengkap koleksi keramiknya dengan harga yang lumayan juga. Namun memang fokusnya hanya atau masih di keramik saja, koleksi keran sama kloset sedikit, untuk barang2 lain jg belum ada
Kemudian yg ingin saya sampaikan adalah pelayanan kasir sangat kurang, saat ada pembeli lain sedang melakukan pencatatan di sebelah kasir dan kasirnya sedang kosong, saya tidak dipanggil oleh kasir dan dipersilakan untuk membayar dahulu, dan saya pikir prosesnya memang dicatat dulu di sebelah kasir baru ke kasir. Ternyata tidak, krn pesanan saya sdh dicatat saat milih keramik harusnya saya bisa langsung bayar. Jadinya sangat lama sekali saya bisa nunggu setengah jam lebih hanya untuk antri kasir.
Yang jauh lebih tidak menyenangkan lagi, setelah menunggu setengah jam lebih di kasir, saya menuju ke bagian penyiapan barang, ke pegawai yg semuanya memakai kaos kuning, ternyata keramik belum disiapkan, mereka baru akan menyiapkan setelah saya selesai membayar dan menyerahkan slipnya. Lebih menyesalkan lagi, sekalipun mereka bisa menggunakan trolley utk membawa keramik ke mobil saya, mereka malah suruh saya bawa mobilnya ke situ. Dan saat saya ambil mobil sampai saya sampai di tempat loading keramik, orang-orang tadi malah masih mainan handphone. Saya turun dr mobil br mereka mulai bergerak utk mencari keramik-keramik yg dipesan, jadinya menunggu lagi. Iya baru benar² dicarikan pesanan anda setelah mobil anda parkir di tempat loading keramik. Bukan saat anda mengambil mobil, bukan saat slip pembayarab sudah diserahkan, apagi sejak anda sudah selesai memesan dan pasti membayar untuk item yang dipilih.
Akhirnya waktu cuma habis untuk menunggu pekerjaan para karyawan yang sangat lambat.
Semoga hal ini dapat menjadi koreksi untuk pemilik dan manajemen agar kepuasan pelanggan bisa bertambah dan Belanja Keramik Kranji bisa lebih berkembang ke depannya. Terimakasih.

Then what I want to say is that the cashier service is very lacking, when another buyer is making notes next to the cashier and the cashier is empty, I was not called by the cashier and invited to pay first, and I think the process was recorded first next to the new cashier to the cashier . Turns out it wasn't, because my order was recorded when I chose the ceramic, I should have been able to pay it straight away. So it took a very long time for me to wait for more than half an hour just to queue for the cashier.
What was even more unpleasant, after waiting for more than half an hour at the cashier, I went to the preparation section, to the employees who were all wearing yellow shirts, it turned out that the ceramics had not been prepared, they would only prepare after I finished paying and handed over the slip. Even more regretful, even though they could use the trolley to bring the ceramics to my car, they even told me to take the car there. And when I took the car until I arrived at the ceramic loading area, the people were still playing with their cellphones. I got out of the car, they started to move to look for the ordered ceramics, so they waited again. Yes, you will really find your order after your car is parked at the ceramic loading area. Not when you pick up the car, not when the payment slip has been submitted, let alone since you've finished ordering and definitely paid for the selected item.
In the end, time just ran out to wait for the work of the employees who were very slow.
Hopefully this can be a correction for the owner and management so that customer satisfaction can increase and Kranji Ceramic Shopping can be more developed in the future. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman belanja sangat buruk. Sudah 3 jam cek barang, penjaga cuma 1 dan setelah surbei berhitung dll, baru diberitahu kalau 4 hari delivery, padahal toh bayar juga. Sudah diberitahu kasir, malah salesnya bilang ga bisa pastikan kapan bisa kirim. Armada kayanya hanya 2 tapi SIM satu supir sudah mati, dll. Alasan staf ga masuk akal semua.
Harusnya di awal ada pemberitahuan atau buat keterangan di spanduknya yang besar di depan bahwa tidak melayani delivery cepat, atau "khusus delivery 4 hari". Jadi kita tidak habiskan waktu di sini. Stafnya hanya beralasan standar semua sama. Lha, standar diberitahu setelah 3 jam. Padahal sudah bikin faktur belanja 9 juta, terpaksa deh batal.
Menyebalkan!!!
Very bad shopping experience. It's been 3 hours checked the item, the guard was only 1 and after Surbei counted etc., it was only notified that 4 days delivery, even though it was also paying. It was notified by the cashier, instead the sales said can't make sure when I can send it. The fleet is only 2 but the sim one driver is dead, etc. The reason staff doesn't make all sense.
It should be at the beginning there is a notification or make a description in the big banner in front that does not serve fast delivery, or "Special Delivery 4 Days". So we don't spend time here. The staff is only reasonable all the same standards. Lha, the standard was told after 3 hours. Even though it has made a 9 million spending invoice, it is forced to be canceled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk harga keramik di bekasi disini emang lumayan murah tapi sayang banget kalau mau cari keramik yg bermerek disini ga banyak dan pelayanannya bisa dibilang kurang karna pas dateng gak ada yg ngelayanin kosong gitu aja jadi harus kita yg nyamperin pekerjanya buat nanya nanya
