★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BTR 7 itu ada 6 Blok, A B C D E F G. ada Perumahan Subsidi dan Komersil ada beberapa Type juga. Untuk Harga juga Variatif tergantung Type yang diambil.
Disini juga sebenarnya masih Tergolong Sepi tetapi Di dalam komplek Lumayan Rame, Kalo pagi ada Tukang Sayur yg Dateng, Kalo malem juga ada beberapa Pedagang makanan yg Mangkal dekat Jalan masuk, tapi ga banyak. Sudah Tersedia Alfamart dan Indomaret, disana juga ada Tenant makanan seperti gorengan, mie ayam, soto, donat, fried chicken , angkringan dan banyak Toko dan warung di dalam komplek kok, mulai dari jual Sayur, buah, Peralatan Tulis, Jajanan snack, Sayur mateng, Atau kebutuhan bayi mereka jual secara online via Grup Whatsapp komplek , biasanya Gratis Ongkir, lebih murah dari pada pesen di G*food. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahhh.. ini perumahan mantab banget. Bersih gilaaa.... jalan raya nya lebar dan luas. Masuk ke perumahannya ada security 24 jam on duty.. tanpa minus lah.. BTR emang berkualitas.
Wow.. this is a really good housing. Crazy clean .... the highway is wide and wide. Entering the housing there is security 24 hours on duty... without any minus... BTR is really good quality.
