Pabrik gula ceper merupakan salah satu pabrik gula yang sudah tidak beroperasi lagi, dikarenakan kebijakan pemerintah dalam menyikapi harga gula nasional. Yang menyebabkan puluhan pabrik gula di pulau Jawa harus berhenti beroperasi.

Untuk ijin masuk juga mudah.
Tapi disarankan untuk tetap mengajak warga sekitar atau satpam di tempat. Takutnya tersesat. Wkwk
Dulu masih sering dijadikan tempat latihan perang TNI, tetapi sekarang sudah tidak.
Semoga, kedepannya bisa dikelola lebih baik. Supaya lebih bisa dijadikan objek wisata baru di klaten :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya cukup strategis dipinggir jalan utama Sukoharjo Klaten,meski sedikit kurang terawat,tetapi sebagai destinasi wisata,tempat ini patut menjadi tujuan wisata sejarah,mungkin dengan campur tangan pihak2 terkait bisa menjadikan tempat ini sangat layak dikunjungi...bisa juga sebagai tempat COD yang sering saya gunakan..Krn akses gmaps sangat mudah untuk dituju,dengan area parkir yang cukup luas sangat aman bagi pengunjung untuk beristirahat,karena tempat ini juga menjadi peninggalan sejarah menjadikan tempat ini sedikit mistis,yang kadang bagi beberapa orang tertentu bisa menjadi sanangat merinding..tapi ini hanya selayang pandang,selebihnya tempatnya nyaman,panyak pepohonan menjadikan keteduhan bagi yang berekreasi ke sini
