Tempat bekam ini buka mulai dari pkl.09.00-21.00 WIB.Pertama-tama tentu kita harus daftar terlebih dahulu untuk mengisi data diri dan menceritakan keluhan-keluhan yang kita rasakan.Dan setelah proses bekam selesai kita akan di beri buku pasien yang jika kita akan bekam lagi di sini maka kita harus membawa buku tersebut dan mengisi keluhan-keluhan nya dalam buku tersebut,jadi tidak perlu lagi menceritakan pada resepcionist nya cukup kita menulis sendiri.
