I feel most at home if I go to this studio because the one who teaches is CAkep ?, the yoga teacher is also patient and can understand any shortcomings of the students so it is really helpful, imagine if we get a yoga teacher who can be injured as long as ?ββοΈ, now you want 2 years sy yoga here οΌ yoga progress can also ?ββοΈ

β β β β β Nemu ini di Instagram , lalu ajak 2 teman ikutan . Sampe hari ini kita semua Masi lanjut. Ajarin yoganya ga pake buru2. Masih super basic aja ,si teacher sabar aja tuh. Yg jago2 disana pun ga sombong...malah ngasi tau cara2 nya.
Found this on Instagram, then invited 2 friends to join. To this day we are all still continuing. Teach yoga without rushing. It's still super basic, the teacher just has to be patient. Even those who are good there are not arrogant...in fact they know how to do it.

β β β β β Found a gem upon clicking google. I went to this yoga studio just for a visit of yoga class. Turns out the teacher is wonderful. She is meticulous when it comes to scheduling. She teaches and pays attention to each member and corrects the alignment if necessary. If you are around the area, it is a must to join yoga here and I bet you will keep coming. The teacher is a skillfull yoga practitioner and you will be seing good progress in your yoga poses if you follow the routine practice. She is also friendly. See you on the mat ladies* Yep it is only for ladies ???
