Pas banget habis muter muter cari barang.. haus dan lapar bisa terobati

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapok makan disitu. Padahal tmpat lgi sepi paling cuma 6 meja keisii.. Saya pesan dri jam 18:45 wib ditunggu smap jam 19:40 wib. Hampir 1 jam. Perut sudah lapar..gk d buatin juga. Terus saya samperin ke bagian drop makananya n staf ..saya tunjukan bon pesanan lembar merah saya... No.meja 85/86. Paling blkg dekat wash hand. Ehbdia bilang alasanya ..

Sumpah emosi banget dengernya.sudah lapar cmpur emosi.. Hampir 1 jam cuma d suduhin teh manis n sambel doang.. Wahh kacau pelayanannya. Ahirnya saya cancel ke bagian resepsionist. ... Dan saya tetap bayar es teh manis 2 gelas 20 rb. . Untuk pelayanan gk bisa profesiaonal.. !! Kapok intinya. ..

Tired of eating there. Even though the place is still quiet, at least 6 tables are filled.. I ordered from 18:45 WIB and waited for the arrival at 19:40 WIB. Almost 1 hour. Stomach is hungry.. don't make it too. Then I went to the food drop section and the staff.. I showed my receipt for my red sheet order... Table number 85/86. At least near the hand wash. Ehbdia said the reason..

I swear I'm really emotional when I hear it. I'm already hungry and mixed with emotions.. For almost 1 hour, I only served sweet tea and chili sauce.. Wow, the service was chaotic. In the end I canceled to the receptionist. ... And I still pay for 2 glasses of sweet iced tea 20 rb. . For service can't be professional..!! I'm tired of the point. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini terjadi saat bulan puasa dan memang keadaannya banyak orang dan meja sudah penuh. Saya tanya ada meja kosong atau tidak untuk 3 orang itu jam 17.32 dan abangnya bilang ada meja no 31. Ok akhirnya kita duduk di meja no 31 dan pelayan cewek datang untuk catat makanan. Tapi tiba2 datang pelayan cowok yang heboh banget gara2 ada masalah dan suruh pelayan cewek itu untuk menangani masalahnya. Akhirnya pesanan kita di catat oleh pelayan cowok tersebut. Dan sampai buka puasa tiba pun makanan masih blm ada yg datang. Akhirnya saya minta sama pelayan disitu untuk sediakan minumannya saja terlebih dahulu karena udh buka puasa. Lalu sampai 18.25 masih blm datang juga makananya, akhirnya kita beli somay untuk isi perut yg kosong. Dan disitu saya sudah tanya sampai 3 kali ke pelayan disitu tapi pesanan saya masih blm di proses juga. Kita nunggu sampai jam 18.54 dan pesanan kita masih blm ada yang datang satupun sampai orng lain sudah selesai makanpun, pesanan kita masih blm datang. Saya tanya lagi pada pelayan yang catat pesanan kita tidak direspon dan jalan begitu aja. Benar-benar buruk banget pelayananya. Akhirnya kita batalin pesenannya krn dr pelayan aja sudah tidak ada respon sama sekali.

But suddenly a male waiter came who was really excited because there was a problem and ordered the female servant to handle the problem. Finally, our order was recorded by the male waiter. And until iftar arrives, the food still hasn't arrived. Finally I asked the waiter there to just provide the drink first because it was already breaking the fast. Then until 18.25, the food still hasn't arrived, we finally buy somay to fill an empty stomach. And there I have asked 3 times to the waiter there but my order has not been processed yet. We waited until 18:54 and our orders still haven't arrived, none of them have arrived until everyone else has finished eating, our orders still haven't arrived. I asked again the waiter who noted that our order was not responded to and just walked away. Really really bad service. Finally, we canceled the order because the waiter had no response at all.
