★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama saya beli bebek di restoran bebek Slamet di manapun berada, saya selalu puas. Rasanya maknyus, pelayannya ramah-ramah, dan tempatnya nyaman.
Namun di Restoran bebek Slamet stasiun Gambir ini saya sangat kecewa sekali. Terutamanya dg pegawainya yang ga ramah.
Berawal dari saat saya mau membayar, kasirnya bilang tidak ada kembalian 3rb rupiah dan menawarkan permen. Karena saya dan keluarga tidak makan permen, saya menolak. Seharusnya solusinya kan mudah, tinggal keluar sebentar tukar receh sama resto yg lain atau pakai recehan pribadi dulu (istilahnya nalangi). Ternyata mereka tidak ada inisiatif sama sekali. Sudah saya sarankan utk tukar receh dulu dan saya siap menunggu. Tapi tetep saja mereka bergeming ga mau bergerak. Akhirnya saya mengalah tuker receh di tempat lain. Untuk kali ini, saya masih mentolerir.
Saya kembali ke resto dan bayar dg uang yg sudah saya tuker di resto sebelah. Masih kurang 1rb dan mereka kembali menawarkan permen (Sudah jelas dari awal saya menolak permen, karena saya dan keluarga tidak makan permen). Barulah setelah saya tolak, mereka berinisiatif menggunakan uang pribadi mereka terlebih dahulu (so....kenapa tidak dari awal berinisiatif seperti itu?). Berarti kan sebenarnya mereka punya uang recehan.
Saya bilang ke mereka, "kenapa tidak dari tadi inisiatif menggunakan uang receh pribadi dulu sprti ini? Kenapa malah membiarkan saya sendiri menukar uang receh di resto sebelah?"
Mereka diam saja. Bahkan kalimat "MAAF" tidak keluar sama sekali. Malah dengan seenaknya cuek dan nyanyi2. Ini PARAH...BENER2 PARAH.
Tolong....manajemen bebek Slamet utk mengajarkan sopan santun pelayanan kepada pegawainya. Pelanggan adalah sumber keberhasilan utama resto.
As long as I buy duck at Slamet duck restaurants wherever I am, I am always satisfied. It feels good, the waiters are friendly, and the place is comfortable.
But at the Slamet Duck Restaurant, Gambir Station, I was very disappointed. Especially the employees who are not friendly.
Starting from the time I wanted to pay, the cashier said there was no change for 3 thousand rupiahs and offered me candy. Because my family and I don't eat sweets, I refused. The solution should be easy, just go out for a while and exchange change with another restaurant or use personal change first (the term nalangi). It turned out that they had no initiative at all. I have suggested to change change first and I am ready to wait. But still they don't want to move. Finally I gave in to change for change elsewhere. For this time, I still tolerate.
I returned to the restaurant and paid the money I had exchanged at the restaurant next door. Still less and they offered candy again (It was clear from the beginning I refused candy, because my family and I don't eat candy). Only after I refused, they took the initiative to use their personal money first (so ... why not take the initiative like that from the start?). That means they actually have change.
I said to them, "why didn't you take the initiative to use personal change like this? Why do you even let me change pennies at the restaurant next door?"
They are silent. Even the phrase "SORRY" doesn't come out at all. In fact, he is ignorant and sings. This is DIFFERENT ... REALLY DIFFICULT.
Please .... Slamet duck management to teach service manners to its employees. Customers are the main source of success for the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ini beda ya dgn bebek H. Slamet Kartosuro, ini Pak Slamet, entah apa hubungannya dgn yg H. Slamet hehe..
Kekurangan makan disini :
1. Wajib Beli Paket
2. Tdk bisa nambah ayam atau bebek saja
3. Nambah nasi masih bisa, jd iritlah lauknya supaya bs nambah nasi
4. Tdk ada senyum ataupun ucapan selamat datang dr pegawainya, alf*mart dan ind*maret aja ada, ini nihil haha..
5. Sambelnya mungil terbatas, mgkn hrs dicampur air biar agak banyakan
6. Tempatnya mungil
Soal rasa? Masih lumayan tp dgn harga yg tertera msh jauh lebih enak slamet asli nya..
Untuk sy Repeat order? NO.. !!!
Saran : perbaiki menu dan pelayanan, bukan cuma sekedar dagang di tempat strategis
this is different from H. Slamet Kartosuro's duck, this is Mr. Slamet, I don't know what it has to do with H. Slamet hehe..
Disadvantages of eating here:
1. Must Buy Packages
2. Can't just add chicken or duck
3. You can still add rice, so save the side dishes so you can add rice
4. There is no smile or welcome from the staff, there are only Alfamart and Indomart, this is nothing haha..
5. The sauce is small, limited, maybe it should be mixed with water so that it's a bit more
6. The place is tiny
About taste? It's still pretty good but at the price listed, it's still much better than the original slamet..
For me, repeat order? NO..!!!
Suggestion: improve the menu and service, not just trade in strategic places
