1. Bilangnya 2 hari, hari ke2 (meskipun tgl merah ketentuanya tutup, harusnya bilang dari awal dong) hari ke2 toko masih tutup
2. Nomor telp selain di toko tidak ada yang bisa dihubungi
3. Email tidak bisa dikontak
Disappointed with the service:
1. I say 2 days, day 2 (even though the red date of the order is closed, you should say from the start please) day 2 the shop is still closed
2. Telephone numbers other than at the store can not be contacted
3. Email cannot be contacted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanannya. Saya setor cucian 2 minggu tidak disentuh sama sekali dengan alasan, "Biasanya Bapak ambilnya lama, jadi belum kita kerjakan." Alasan yang sangat tidak masuk akal dan konyol: bekerja berdasarkan kebiasaan personal pelanggan. Lantas kalau setahun gak saya ambil, tahun depan juga baru dikerjakan? Kalian ini punya SOP atau tidak? Nggak lagi-lagi pakai jasa laundry ini.
Very disappointed with the service. I deposited the laundry for 2 weeks and it wasn't touched at all with the excuse, "Usually you take it a long time, so we haven't done it yet." A very absurd and ridiculous reason: work on the customer's personal habits. So if I don't take it for a year, will it be done next year too? Do you guys have SOP or not? No longer use this laundry service.
