★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 bulan lalu mengurus key bca yang kemudian bermasalah (keterangan batt 7 dA), cs (kebetulan yang menerima saya 3 bulan yg lalu) dan teknisi (by phone) setuju kesalahan perangkat, tinggal konfirm ke manager untuk dapat unit baru. Ibu2 yang ngurus cs ujuk2 nyalahin penyimpanan, pemakaian yang sering, dll. HELLOOO gw bukan ga mampu bayar key bca ya, tapi udah 4 tahun ga ada masalah dan udah buang2 waktu untuk mengurus kesalahan perangkangkat malah disalahin, saran saya mending ngerumpi aja daripada kerjanya nyalahin customer, lebih enak didengar
3 months ago taking care of the BCA key which then had problems (batt 7 dA information), CS (incidentally who received me 3 months ago) and the technician (by phone) agreed to a device error, just confirm to the manager to get a new unit. The mothers who take care of the cots are blaming storage, frequent usage, etc. HELLOOO, I can't afford to pay for BCA keys, but there have been no problems in 4 years and I have wasted my time dealing with device errors, instead of being blamed, my advice is to huddle instead of working with customers, it's better to hear
