★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BCA gak berani jalanin setoran cek/giro takut blacklist nasabah sendiri kalau rekening gak cukup dana.
Penyetor jadi dibeban untuk tunggu jam2an sampai bank bisa hubungin pembuka nota.
Apakah artinya BCA simpan banyak nasabah nakal gak berani blacklist mereka ?
BCA does not dare to deposit a check / current account because it is afraid of the customer's own blacklist if the account does not have sufficient funds.
The depositor is charged to wait for an hour before the bank can contact the note opener.
Does this mean that BCA keeps a lot of bad customers and doesn't dare to blacklist them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah antri nunggu sejam cuma buat tuker duit baru.. Begitu sampai giliran malah dinfo bos nya lg istirahat. Disuruh tunggu lagi stg jam.. Hahaha bank cape antri
I've been waiting in line for an hour just to exchange new money.. As soon as it's my turn, the boss is told to take a break. Told to wait again at 1 hour.. Hahaha banks are tired of queuing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lantai 1 (cs) sebenarnya sudah cukup baik walaupun antri ada staf yg berjalan menghampiri untuk membantu/menanyakan keperluan, pelayanan di lantai 2 (teller) perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Walaupun untuk keramahan/basa basi sebaiknya para staff tdk menanyakan atau membuat obrolan yg bersifat pribadi atau dapat menyinggung nasabah diluar dari data yg dibutuhkan oleh pihak bank.
The service on the 1st floor (cs) is actually quite good, even though there are staff waiting in line to walk over to help/ask for their needs, the service on the 2nd floor (teller) needs to be improved again. Even though for friendliness / small talk, the staff should not ask or make private chats or can offend customers outside of the data required by the bank.
