★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyusahin orang aja ni, disuruh ganti kartu.. tapi antriannya tidak dapat di prediksi sejak awal.. datang jam 9 disuruh balik besok jam 6 pagi. Ini lagi pandemi, harusnya di perpanjang waktu untuk blokir kartu lamanya.. mengingat nasabah BCA yang tidak sedikit
 Just bother people, they were told to change cards.. but the queue could not be predicted from the start.. came at 9 am told to come back tomorrow at 6 am. This is a pandemic again, it should be extended to block the old card... considering the large number of BCA customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buka hari kerja doank, antri dari jam setengah 7. Baru beres jam 11. Mana ngantri di luar g ada fasilitas tempat duduk. Fasilitas kurang untuk antriannya. Mnding pindah k cabang lain yg fasilitas layanannnya memadai. Buat yg mo ksini jam 8 lewat jangan harap bisa ikut ngantri, paling suruh balik lagi bsok pagi2...
Only open weekdays, queue from half past 7. It's just finished at 11. Where are the queues outside, there are no seating facilities. Lack of facilities for the queue. Better to move to another branch with adequate service facilities. For those of you who are here at 8 o'clock, don't expect to be able to join the queue, at least tell me to come back tomorrow morning...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank BCA satu-satunya di Pasarkemis.
Untuk area parkir lumayan memadai namun untuk antrean ATM sangat panjang sekali.
Secara umum pelayanan Bank sangat baik dan cepat.
Kekurangan hanya pada mesin ATM yang jumlahnya hanya 2 di mana tidak sebanding dengan jumlah nasabah yang begitu banyak.
Bank BCA is the only one in Pasarkemis.
The parking area is quite adequate, but the ATM queue is very long.
In general, the Bank's services are very good and fast.
The only drawback is that the number of ATM machines is only 2 which is not comparable to the large number of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau teller penuh antri nya panas panasan, ga ada pelindung nya, masa tega banget. Setidaknya di buatkan kanopi pas di depan pintu nya. Tenda hanya untuk yang bikin ATM baru aja, yg antri teller suruh panas panasan di luar
If the teller is full, the queue is very hot, there is no protection, it's really hard. At least a canopy is made right in front of the door. Tents are only for those who make new ATMs, those who queue for tellers tell it to be hot outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa si dengan pelayanan di sini hanya karena tidak buka rekening di sini. Tidak bisa menikmati fasilitas yg ada di cabang ini. Bukannya adanya cabang untuk memperluas pelayanan kepada nasabah lama dan baru. Alasan jika ingin menikmati fasilitas harus ada rekening di buka di cabang pasar kemis. Apa bedanya padahal sama sama jadi nasabah bca tapi harus di beda beda kan.
Disappointed with the service here just because I didn't open an account here. Can't enjoy the facilities at this branch. Instead of having branches to expand services to old and new customers. The reason is that if you want to enjoy the facility, you must have an account opened at the Pasar Kemis branch. What's the difference even though it's the same as being a BCA customer but it has to be different, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa, suruh ganti kartu tapi fasilitasnya gak memadai, antri dri pagi, tempat antri tidak disediakan dengan baik, kursi cuma sedikit, belum lagi diselang sama karyawan pabrik, kecewa banget pokoknya sama cabang sini, kalo ada rate zero bintang saya kasih itu deh
Disappointed, ordered to change cards but the facilities were not adequate, queued from the morning, the queuing place was not provided properly, only a few seats, not to mention being interrupted by factory employees, really disappointed with this branch, if there is a zero star rate I will give it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buruk banget. Ke teller gak dikasih antrian tapi sampai dilantai atas satpam nya tanya “siapa duluan” ya orang seharusnya yg dibawah gue jadi ngaku2 dia duluan. Sekelas BCA begini pelayanannya!
