★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ceritanya saya sudah bikin rekening xpressi via mobile banking kemudian mau ambil kartu debit ATM BCA nya.namun baru kali ini dapet customer service BCA yang sangat tidak ramah, saya lupa namanya siapa yang pasti perempuan pakai hijab mukanya jutek terus ngomongnya ketus apa2 mentang2 saya cuma bikin ATM BCA xpressi yang murah?? Kemudian waktu swipe kartu debit saya untuk input PIN , swipe kartu debitnya sangat kasar sekalii sampe berulang kali sampe kartu debit saya lecet lecet, entah karen EDC rusak atau apa .. sangat mengecewakan sekali
The story is that I already created an xpressi account via mobile banking then wanted to take the BCA ATM debit card. But this is the first time I got a very unfriendly BCA customer service, I forgot whose name is definitely a woman wearing a jutek face hijab and talking about anything because I just made it Cheap ATM BCA xpressi ?? Then when I swiped my debit card to input the PIN, the debit card swipe was very rude until I was repeatedly scuffed until my debit card was scuffed, either because the EDC was broken or something ... very disappointing.
