★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ramah dan cepat. Terdapat 3 meja CS dan 7 mesin atm (setor dan tarik tunai) aktivitas perbankan disini cukup ramai.
Posisinya berada dekat bank mega dan di dalam kompleks ruko jembatan lima indah. (Patokannya RS JEC Imam Mahbud)
Friendly and fast service. There are 3 CS tables and 7 ATM machines (deposit and cash withdrawal) banking activities here are quite busy.
Its position is near a mega bank and in a beautiful five-bridge shop complex. (The benchmark is JEC Imam Mahbud Hospital)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kali ini saya sangat kecewa dengan cara cs yg dilantai bawah BCA jembatan lima. Padahal selama ini saya slalu melakukan transaksi apapun di bca jemb 5. Tidak pernah kecewa dengan pelayanan selama ini. Hanya satu orang saja menurut saya pelayanan kurang baik. Ibu2 katanya bos Atasan cs di lantai 1 yg memakai kerudung. Pdhal 2 staff nya sedang membantu menjelaskan dengan baik kepada saya. Lalu ibu itu memotong pembicaraan pdahal Sya pun tidak ada emosi dari awal tp penyampaian ibu atasan itu menurut sya tidak pantas sebagai atasan. Saya pun bekerja dipelayanan, tidak seharusnya seperti itu. Sunggu kecewa. Dulu pernah kasus sama sya urus di bca cabang jembtan lima tidak ribet dan sulit itu. Bukan membantu meringankan costemer malah meribetkan. Setau saya BCA tidak seribet dan sejelek itu. Pasti bisa dibantu di cabang mana pun.

Then the mother cut off the conversation even though Sya had no emotion from the start but the delivery of the boss was inappropriate for me as a boss. I also work in the service, it shouldn't be like that. Sunggu is disappointed. In the past, the same case I handled in the fifth jembtan branch was not complicated and difficult. Not to help relieve the costumer instead of making a mess. As far as I am BCA is not that crazy and that bad. Definitely can be helped in any branch.
