★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak suka dgn pelayanan salah satu teller nya yg pakai kacamata. Saya mau penarikan dana dan trf ke rek bank lain. Tapi saya salah isi form karena saat itu tidk ada petugas yg bs ditanya. Awal nya teller belum sadar kalau itu salah form tapi ketika saya bilang kalau itu ke beda rek, gesture nya langsng kesal sambil memegang form itu. Saya emang salah, tapi gak seharusnya teller memperlihatkan gesture yg buruk seperti itu di depan nasabah. Payah.
