★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE EVER!! TOO EXPENSIVE.
pertama kali nyoba grooming kucing disini, gabersih kucing masih kotor,padahal pilih mandi lengkap tp kuku ga dipotongin alasannya kucing ngamuk (HELLOO, ITU KEWAJIBAN LO KALI GADA ALESAN KUCING INI ITU).
Masa grooming kucing 100rb, cm ngasal yg penting wangi. Aneh. Amit amit kesini lagi mah.
And FYI : grooming panggilan kerumah aja paling mahal cuma 65ribu! Bahkan ada yg 50rb TAPI JAUH LEBIH BERSIH.
 BAD SERVICE EVER !! EXPENSIVE TOO.
the first time I tried grooming a cat here, the cat was still dirty, even though choosing a complete shower but the nail didn't cut the reason the cat went berserk (HELLOO, THAT'S THE LIABILITY OF LO THE LOW TIME PUMP ALESAN THIS CAT IS).
The period of catrooming is 100 thousand, cm which is important. Strange. God forbid, come here again.
And FYI: the most expensive house grooming call is only 65 thousand! There are even 50 thousand BUT MUCH CLEAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah bgt si not recommend balik balik dari petshop abis dimandiin hidungnya luka, trus motongin kuku sampe berdarah gini malah nyalahin yg punya lagi :') glagi lagi deh makasih
It's really bad that the not recommending going back from the pet shop after bathing the nose is injured, then cutting the nails until it bleeds like this, it actually blames the one who has it again: ') Glagi again thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak rekomen!! Udah mahal, pulang² kucing saya malah trauma dong. Hidungnya luka, kuku kakinya juga berdarah!! Gak bersih pula dan cuma wangi thok! Mending pegawainya disuruh latihan lagi gimana cara treatment hewan peliharaan, jangan asal²an. Gak ada ramah²nya juga sm customer.
No recommendation !! It's been expensive, my cat came home traumatized. His nose is injured, his toenails are bleeding too !! It's not clean anyway and just smells good thok! Mending the employees be told to practice again how to treat pets, don't be careless. There are no customer friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah nitip anabul disini 4 hari. Pas diambil, kondisi kucing saya bau pesing sekujur badannya. Terus alasan owner: mungkin abis guling-gulingan kali di atas pasir tempat pipisnya. Gak masuk akal banget. Rasanya mau protes saat itu juga tapi saya capek abis perjalanan jauh, jadi males ribut. Setelah sampe di rumah, saya baru ngeh di mata kucing saya ada serabut putih dan pas dicek ke dokter ternyata infeksi bakteri. Padahal sebelum dititip kondisi mata baik. Saran saya sih ya pak, kalau memang menjual jasa titip kucing, tolong kesehatan dan kebersihan kucing diperhatikan dengan baik. Terimakasih semoga sukses.
Have you ever left Anabul here for 4 days. When it was taken, my cat's condition smelled of urine all over its body. Then the owner's reason: maybe after rolling times on the sand where he peed. It doesn't really make sense. I felt like I wanted to protest right away but I was tired after having traveled so far, so I was lazy to make noise. When I got home, I noticed that my cat's eye had white fibers and when I checked with the doctor it turned out to be a bacterial infection. Even though before being entrusted, the eye condition was good. My advice is yes sir, if you do sell cat entrusting services, please pay attention to the health and hygiene of the cat.
