★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk sekali, sy baru pertama kali datang utk isi ulang oxygen, tabung disuruh utk angkat junjung sendiri padahal karyawan disana banyak dan sy sendiri...paling tdk ya dibantu atau gimana, ini di diamkan dan disuruh angkat junjung sendiri...sampai sana, tabung sy cm dipasang di alat pengisian, tp gak di isi"... sy sudah nunggu setengah jam an lebih dan ga dikasih tau apa"..akhrnya sy nanya kenapa gak di isi", jawabannya nunggu yg isi minimal 10 tabung baru ngisi krn kl ngisi 1-2 tabung saja mesinnya panas...kalau begitu kan harusnya di kasih tau di awal ya jd bisa kira" waktunya krn sy kan tidak tahu...dan waktu sy minta buat dicabut aja dan sy bawa plg tabung saya, karyawannya malah bernada agak tinggi dan bikin emosi...Mending kl isi oksigen jgn disini lah, big no buat pelayanan disini busuk, parah ! Ga ada etika sama sekali karyawan" nya
Very bad service, it's my first time coming to refill oxygen, the tube was told to lift it up myself even though there are many employees there and I'm alone...at least I'll be helped or what, this is silenced and told to lift it up myself...until there , my tube was installed in the filling device, but it wasn't filled "... I've been waiting for more than half an hour and I wasn't told anything".. I finally asked why it wasn't filled", the answer was waiting for the one filled with at least 10 new tubes to fill because if you just fill 1-2 tubes the engine is hot... then you should have been told at the beginning so you can guess the time because I don't know... and when I asked for it to be removed, I brought my tube back, the employees are even a bit high-pitched and emotional... It's better if you don't fill up with oxygen here, big no for the service here, it's rotten, it's bad! There is no ethics at all for the employees
