★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada hal mencurigakan sekali saat terakhir menggunakan maskapai ini. Saya gak mau pake ini tapi there was no option.
Pada saat itu saya tidak boleh check in dan jika mau terbang harus beli tiket baru. Dan solusi dari csnya adalah membeli tiket baru dengan class business yg 3x lipat dr harga tiket saya. Saya merasa ada yg gak beres dan masuk akal krn waktu penerbangan masih ada pesawat baru 15m boarding tp kursi saya udah gak bisa saya tempati dan gak ada info yg masuk ke saya. Akhirnya setelah membeberkan fakta dan marah2 si cs bilang “baik pak saya usahakan dimpenerbangan berikutnya dan gak usah bayar”. Denger ini makin tambah curiga!
Ternyata kursi saya sudah diisi penumpang lain. Dan gak sampe situ saya cari tau ternyata ada penerbangan yg di merging di hari itu dan saya menjadi korban bisnis mereka.
Saya rugi 4 jam, emosi dan tenaga! Ganti rugi ya di akhirat

 There was something very suspicious the last time I used this airline. I don't want to use this but there was no option.
At that time I was not allowed to check in and if I wanted to fly I had to buy a new ticket. And the solution from the cs is to buy a new ticket with business class which is 3x the price of my ticket. I felt that something was wrong and it made sense because during the flight there was still a new plane 15m boarding, but I couldn't occupy my seat anymore and no info was sent to me. Finally, after revealing the facts and getting angry, the cs said "ok sir, I'll try to take the next flight and don't have to pay". Listening to this is getting more and more suspicious!
It turned out that my seat was already filled by another passenger. And I didn't stop there, I found out that there was a merged flight that day and I became a victim of their business.
I lost 4 hours, emotion and energy! Compensation in the afterlife

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience in Singapore. I purchased business class just to use the lounge they said they have, and get here to find out they closed it last month. Next time I'll take Garuda.
