I bought a diffuser for 2 days and it broke. I was disappointed and couldn't fix it. even if used as directed.

Last time I bought from them, I bought a privilege card which cost me 100,000 rupiah, so that next time I would get 10% discount.
When I returned to buy more products, I tried to use my privilege card and they said they don’t use them any more! I wasted 100,000 rupiah for nothing! I will never buy from this company again, as they are totally dishonest ?
