Untuk harga sewanya berbeda diantara lantai 1 dan 2 dikarenakan ruangan di lantai 2 lebih besar dari lantai 1. Sewa perbula lantai 2 di harga 1.250jta.. mungkin untuk lantai 1 di sekitaran 1.150jtaan
