30 minutes the food hasn't come out ... careless service doesn't want to eat here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesen grabfood dimenu tulisan ada nasi ,sop daging dan teh pucuk .pesen 2 menu yg satunya bakso malang plus teh pucuk....nasinya gak ada ,teh pucuk harusnya dapet 2 botol juga gak ada.promo gak sesuai .jd males sama rasanya lah dah kecewa duluan
Order for grabfood on the menu, there is rice, meat soup and top tea. 2 menus of which are poor meatballs plus shoots of tea ... there is no rice, 2 bottles of top tea should not be there either. Promotion does not match. So lazy is the taste. already disappointed first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Setuju sama yang bilang bakso Goreng nya dingin, inimah dimasak pagi / kemarin disimpan di kulkas sampe ada yang beli. se enggak nya di goreng ulang sebelum di plating lah. Masa yang di dalem bakso istimewa aja bakso Goreng nya dingin ? malu maluin.
2. Ribet banget pesen nya, pelayan banyak tapi masa harus tetep ke atas untuk bayar, mana pas sampe kasir gak ada yang jaga, sekalinya dateng orangnya gak pake masker, bukanya langsung di urus orderan nya malah bercanda dulu sama temen nya. Mungkin gw akan tolerir kalo anak pkl, tapi ini kartap dengan seragam hitam.
3. Tolong dijaga kebersihan nya, saya dikasih kursi yang dibawahnya ada kecoa!!! Gilak ajaib banget dah ini resto. Mana lantainya kotor banget. Apalagi di tangga nya.
4. Pas mau ambil snack, piring kecil nya ga ada, lama banget, alhasil saya ambil aja piring di meja kosong.
Tolong di rombak lah. Malu maluin. Kapok saya kesini. Anak pkl kebanyakan tapi karyawan tetap nya gak perform buat apa? Segitunya buat cut cost? Semoga owner & management baca ya dan dirombak secara keseluruhan. Jangan mau kalah sama yang ungu di seberang.
1. Agree with those who say the fried meatballs are cold, this was cooked in the morning/yesterday and kept in the refrigerator until someone buys it. whether or not it is re-fried before plating. The time in the special meatballs is that the fried meatballs are cold shame on you.
2. The order is really complicated, there are many waiters but you have to stay upstairs to pay, where when you arrive at the cashier there is no one on guard, once you come, the person doesn't wear a mask, instead of taking the order straight away, he jokes with his friend. Maybe I'll tolerate it if it's a street vendor, but this is a kartap with a black uniform.
3. Please keep it clean, I was given a chair with a cockroach under it!!! It's crazy how amazing this restaurant is. Where is the floor really dirty? Especially on the stairs.
4. When I wanted to take a snack, the small plate wasn't there, it took too long, so I just took the plate on the empty table.
Please break it down. Shame shame. I'm tired of being here. Most street vendors but the permanent employees don't perform for what? That's it for cut costs? Hopefully the owner & management read it and completely overhaul it. Don't want to lose to the purple one on the other side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sdh sering makan disini tp baru hari ini pesan nasi goreng dan bakso goreng dikasih nya kondisi dingin. pantes cepet datangnya nasi goreng. ternyata dingin ga ada panas2 nya seperti habis di goreng. begitu juga bakso gorengnya. jd kecewa makan disini.
I've eaten here often but just ordered fried rice and fried meatballs today and they were given cold conditions. fast arrival of fried rice. it turns out it's cold and there's no heat like it's been fried. as well as the fried meatballs. So disappointed to eat here.
