★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another style of bakso (?) But it is not even a bakso where it should be an indonesian meatballs. This does not contain meat at all. It is more like a starchy-balls soup.
Originally from Bandung, people eat this as comfort food there.
Give it a try when you want something new other than classic bakso. The broth is light and you may want to adjust the seasonning (available on the table).
