★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makanannya enak, baso aci nya enak kok. Tapi pelayanannya sangat buruk . Sudah jam set 12 masih belom bisa di pesan. Pegawai kebanyakan tidak sigap. Mohon untuk di tingkatkan pelayanannya nanti :)
The food is delicious, the aci meatballs are delicious. But the service is very bad. Already set 12 hours still can not be ordered. Most employees are not alert. Please improve the service later :)

Kasirnya bnyk tpi ga sllu stay di meja kasir malah pda di dapur. Dilihatnya kurang pantas
Jadi klo ada customer mesti panggil mba kasir yg di dalem dapur.
Udah gtu meja brantakan ga buru buru di rapihin. Udh di panggil juga mbanya malah ga buru2 nyamperin. Tlng lbh ramah dan murah senyum utk kasir2nya.
Kalo kembalian logam gaada dibiasakan utk ngmng terlebih dahulu ke customer bukan masalah kcil besar uangnya. Tpi kejujurannya klo memang gada,gpp utk donasii dll. jga gapapa.yg penting pas kembalian kurang/gada receh ngomong ke customer.
Often eat at Tangcity but the service is not friendly.
There are lots of cashiers but I don & amp; # 39; t always stay at the cashier counter, instead in the kitchen. He saw it as inappropriate
So if there is a customer, you have to call the cashier in the kitchen.
Already, the messy table is not in a hurry to tidy up. I was also called, but the mother didn't rush over to her. More friendly and smiling for the cashiers.

Terus beli tambahan tetelan seharga hampir 10 rb, masa dikasih seupil minyak tetelan. sebelumnya diplastikin khusus dan lumayan isinya. Keterlaluannnnnnnnnnn. Ini baso aci tangcity doank yang parah bangettttttttttttttt.

Continue to buy additional tetelan for almost 10 thousand rupiah, when I was given a piece of tetelan oil. previously special diplastikin and tolerable content. Too much nnnnnnnnnnn.
