★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is closed for renovations. If you want to climb merapi from here there are no people there to take money so just go up the hill. There are signposts for Pasar Bubrah just follow the signs. The way is very over grown so it's quite slow going

I made it till between Pos 2&3 by fighting through the bushes on a very dangerous steep path. (Check OpenStreetMap for the hiking route)

But the view, that's what I call the true beauty.
Prepare your body and your bike when you visit this place.
Because the road climbs high.
Thank you to the government the road is very smooth and wide.
I love the air and the sound of wild creature, like birds, here.
