Saya pulang kerja cape, mampir kesini diharapkan secepatnya di layani. Begitu masuk, bapak tukang cukurnya lagi tiduran di bangku customer sambil main hp gak ada customer lain. Saya inisiatif langsung duduk, biar cepat di potong. Ehh masih sibuk main hp sambil tiduran. 2-3 menitan di tungguin, saya kasih kode gak jadi cukur dengan berdiri sambil pegang tas, bapak ini respon kaget. Meminta saya untuk duduk lagi.
Saya ngalah, eeh ttep aja masih sibuk main hp. Fix! Saya udah kadung jengkel, saya diem aja. Di tanya juga jawab seadanya. Bagian paling parah tentunya gak menanyakan mau potong model apa, Sehingga potong rambut saya model standar yang gak benget.
Anda itu menjual jasa, layani costumer dengan baik, urusan anda main hp harusnya di tinggal dulu, atau misal itu penting ngmong ke customer untuk meminta waktu. Ini malah sibuk gak ngmong apapun.
Ya sudah, satu pelanggan loyal anda hilang gara-gara seperti ini.
