★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayane sangat tidak memuaskan..takon vaksin kalau di undur gimana pak soalnya saya kerja..Jawabanya nek kerjo kerjo nek vaksin vaksin..lah sampean di gaji cookk....Mbok ngomong halus ..sampean jajal ijin le kerja dulu po oko kek

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Pertama masuk, tempat nyaman, terlebih ada area bermain anak.
- tertera jam buka 07.30, tapi staff dan dokternya telat telatan. Jam 8 baru masuk.
- pelayanan di bagian pendaftaran sangat tidak ramah, jutek, pilih kasih.
Over all Mengecewakan.
+ First enter, comfortable place, especially there is a children's play area.
- The clock is open at 7:30 a.m., but the staff and doctors are late late. 8 o'clock just entered.
- the service in the registration section is very unfriendly, jutek, favoritism.
Over all Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedikit berbagi pengalaman aja tadi diantrian poli umum pemanggilan antrian berjalan lancar. Saat giliran saya masuk sesuai nomer antrian tiba-tiba ada yg masuk juga tpi tidak menggunanakan nomer antrian dan sepontan saya tanyakan ke dokter katanya "masih kluarga."
Catatan yak "selama mengantri tadi saya duduk bersebelahan sama pasien yg ktanya tanpa nomer antrian dan katanya kluarga itu tadi. Dan sepengetahuanku tadi beliau selama mengantri juga pegang nomer antrian."
Miris lihat kejadian kayak gini
Padahal diluar masih banyak yg mengantri sedari tadi
Just sharing a little experience earlier in the general poly queue, the queue calling went smoothly. When it was my turn to enter according to the queue number, suddenly someone came in but didn't use the queue number and spontaneously I asked the doctor he said "still family."
"During the queue, I sat next to the patient who asked without a queue number and said the family was. And as far as I know, while waiting in line, he also held the queue number."
Sad to see things like this
Even though outside there are still a lot of people waiting in line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong DI PERHATIKAN.. pelayanan bagian IBU HAMIL..sungguh sangat mengecewakan..GAK RAMAH BLASSS.. APALAGI YG TUA PAKE KACA MATA..
PLEASE WATCH.. PREGNANT MOTHER's service.. really very disappointing.. NOT BLASSS FRIENDLY.. ESPECIALLY OLD ones WEARING GLASSES..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terkhusus di bagian pelayanan ibu hamil, mohon penyampaian dengan pasien harap diperbaiki, bukan melulu dengan nada tinggi dan seolah menyalahkan.
Kami yang benar2 tidak tau bisa di jelaskan bagaimana alurnya dengan nada bicara yg baik. Semoga bisa menjadi koreksi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan .
Especially in the service section for pregnant women, please improve the delivery with the patient, not just in a high tone and seeming to blame.
We, who really don't know, can explain how the plot goes with a good tone of voice. Hopefully it can be a correction in improving service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini periksa sama mau minta surat dokter buat ijin istirahat malah dilempar2 sama petugasnya dan petugas cowo tua nya ngomongnya ga bisa ramah sama sekali, harusnya kalau ngasih arahan baik2 ga seperti itu
Here, check and want to ask for a doctor's letter for permission to take a break, instead the officers throw it and the old male officer can't be friendly at all, it should not be like that if he gives good instructions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu pas mau kuliah dan cek kesehatan di sini, petugas pelayanan nya ngga ramah sama sekali. Tanya nomor antrian malah dibentak. Terus nggak pernah ke sini lagi. Terakhir ke sini pas suntik TT 2020, alhamdulillah udah lumayan bagus pelayanannya. Semoga makin baik, benar benar melayani dengan sepenuh hati
In the past, when I wanted to go to college and have a health check here, the service staff were not friendly at all. Asked for the queue number and was shouted at. Then never come here again. The last time I came here when I had the TT 2020 injection, thank God the service was pretty good. Hopefully it will get better, really serve with all my heart
