Pada awal proses berdiri komplek perumahan ini, akses jalan masuknya termasuk sempit, hanya untuk 1 mobil, namun setelah takeover baru ada pelebaran jalan masuk bisa hingga 2 mobil.
Tipe perumahan yang ditawarkan dengan luas bangunan 36 dan luas tanah 72. Calon kostumer boleh bebas memilih desain rumah yang diinginkan.
Perumahan ini lebih cocok untuk tipe cluster, karena areanya tidak terlalu luas, hanya tersedia untuk beberapa unit saja. Jika anda berminat, segera hubungi agen pemasaran, agar tidak kehabisan stok unit.
