Jumlah loket ada 6 tetapi yang melayani hanya seorang (satu loket).
Kasihan para pensiunan harus lama nunggu di ruangan, harusnya pihak Manajemen bisa sesuaikan dengan kondisi COVID-19.
 Today's service is severe ....

Pity the retirees have to wait for a long time in the room, the Management should have adjusted it to the condition of COVID-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang kemari karena sy ada keperluan cetak rekening koran, sehabis dari bank M... saya kemari.. cm CS nya BTPN kosong semua ketika maksi tdk ada yg jaga gantian... alhasil nunggu deh sampai mereka pd balik ke meja

Loket dibuka hanya dua (Loket 1 untuk transaksi Teller, Loket 5 untuk Customer Service)
Gw kesini nganter nyokap hari Selasa 20-10-2020
During the Covid-19 pandemic, it only serves Monday-Friday until 12 o'clock.
Only two counters are opened (Counter 1 for Teller transactions, Counter 5 for Customer Service)
I came here to wait for my mother on Tuesday 20-10-2020

Masha Allah,, this is a bank that mostly comes from the elderly but only 2 CS'y counters are open!!! The service is soooo long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas yg melayani cuma 1 dari sekian loket yg tersedia....Antrian jadi lama bgt. Ijin saran aja, ngak kasian sama orang Tua LANSIA yg sudah lebih dari 2 jam Antri, hanya untuk dpt pelayanan dari Costumer Service....Terima kasih...
The officer who serves only 1 of the available counters.... The queue is so long. Just asking for advice, don't feel sorry for the elderly people who have queued for more than 2 hours, just to get service from Customer Service....Thank you...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acnya enak dingin, saya dateng pagi 11 November 2021, cuma agak creepy ya di gedung beberapa lampunya mati dan lednya juga, trus antrian cs kodenya D kalau teller B, pas dipanggil bingung deh tu wkwkwk, mau narik tunai biasanya kalo di bank bac ngisi lembar form ya, ini pas mau ngisi kata satpamnya gak usah, sayang banget tu kertas gak kepake.
the air conditioner is nice and cold, I came on the morning of November 11, 2021, it's just a bit creepy, in the building some of the lights are off and the led is too, then the queue cs code is D if teller B, when called, it's confusing, wow, you want to withdraw cash, usually if you're in the bank, fill in the sheet Yes, this is the form when you want to fill in the word security, you don't have to, it's a shame that the paper doesn't use it.
