Cool place. CS is proactive and courteous in serving customers. The waiting room is comfortable with cool AC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya lumayan nyaman, keramahan khas perbankan pada umumnya, kebetulan pas Dateng tidak ramai ada melingkar seperti di bank BCA. Adanya di ruko mas Depok jl Margonda depan ITC Depok dan ini pusat cabangnya.
Ada atm, cs nya ramah dan tempat duduk nya lumayan nyaman, bisa investasi emas , haji dan umrah tentunya itu semua ada di bank syariah. Lebih nyaman kalau menabung di bank syariah karena sesuai dengan kepercayaan yang tuhan turun kan..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam 11.30 mau pembukaan rekening aja udh ga bisa, kemaren telpon call center katanya tutup sekitar jam 15.00 .. kalau orang kerja mah susah harus nunggu antrian yang jam 11 siang aja udah abis .. di bank lain kalo tutup jam 15.00 sampe jam 15.00 baru tutup antrian kalo masih ada di dalem ya itu baru yang diselesaikan
