β β β β β Pelayanan buruk, meja cs ada 3 tapi csnya cm 1, ntah ngapain aj kerjanya di blkg, waktu istirahat korup dari jam 12 sd jam 2 siang,,kalo gak sibuk ngurusin migrasi dr bni syariah utk buat buku tab dan kartu baru saya g akan capek2 ke sini,,wasting time,,rugi saya pernah kesini, gak ada berkahnya sama sekali!!
Bad service, there are 3 cs tables but the cs is cm 1, I don't know what to do in the back, the break time is corrupt from 12 to 2 pm, if I'm not busy taking care of migration from BNI Syariah to make new tab books and cards, I won't be tired come here,, wasting time,, my loss was here, there is no blessing at all!!

β β β β β Kalau bisa dikasih 0 bintangnya mau saya kasih 0, udah nunggu dari jam 10 sampai jam 14.30 padahal cuma antrian CS ke 12 lambat banget, CS cuma satu pulak, terus ada dokumen tambahan yang diperlukan gak dikasih tau waktu awal daftar baru dikasih tau pas akhir, hampir gak bisa buka tabungan

β β β β β Kalo engga urgent2 amat malas ngantri untuk Cs di bank ini.. Parah antrian super lelet dari dulu g berubah2. Ini karna deket rumah aja. Masa antrian no 3 aja nunggu sampe 2 jam lebih.
Buang2 waktu..
If there are no urgent matters, it's too lazy to queue for Cs at this bank .. It's really bad the super slow queue has not changed. This is because it's near the house. The queue number 3 just waited for more than 2 hours.
Waste of time ..

β β β β β Cs nya superrrr lelet padahal ngga rame2 amat, perlu trainning lagi untuk cs gimana melayani nasabah dgn cepat masa 1 nasabah lebih dr 30 menit..trus ngga tau deh ni cs 1 malah maen hp aja nasabah ngga dipanggil2, dikasih jam pasir harusnya di depan meja nya

β β β β β Kayanya hampir di setiap bank klo ke CS lama. Ini 3 bank jadi 1 otomatis nasabah tambah banyak tapi CS g diperbanyak. Dari dulu cuma 1.
Tolong diperhatikan y kantor pusat biar cs ditambah. Karena antrian terlalu lama.
It's like almost every bank when you go to old CS. These are 3 banks, so 1 will automatically add more customers, but the CS g will be increased. From the beginning only 1.
Please pay attention to the head office so that cs can be added. Because the queue is too long.

β β β β β Pelayanan baik dan ramah dari cs dan satpam, cuma buat nunggu emang harus sabar banget, saya kira mungkin harus ada penambahan karyawan karena kasian karyawan nya sedikit dan kadang yang bikin lama ya saya atau nasabah sendiri saat isi data di cs. Melayani ganti kartu dari lama bsm ke yang baru bsi nya. Juga kalo kartu hilang bisa dibuat, udah dua kali kesini karena deket rumah, so far selalu dilayani baik walau emang harus sabar menunggu, semoga sukses selalu
