Great service. Although somewhat confused because the position of the teller is on the 2nd floor. But the officers are friendly and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lambat, bahkan dibandingkan dgn cabang yg lain. Saya akan lebih memilih cabang yg di jl. Meruya ilir. Bisa lebih dari 30 menitenunggu padahal antrian gak sampai 5 orang.
Service is very slow, even compared to other branches. I would prefer the branch on Jl. Meruya ilir. It can be more than 30 minutes while the queue does not reach up to 5 people.

Di cabang lain tidak demikian. Kecewa sekali saya
Mungkin ini bank dengan pelayanan terburuk yang ada di jakarta.
Kalo di bank lain bisa kenapa di sini ngga bisa

Mau buka aktifkan tabungan yg lama sudah mati
Pake di minta buka tabungannya dan ATM kalo ngga ada minta kehilangan ke polisi, hello ini justru terlihat begitu lambannya dalam pelayanan.
Dibank lain bisa kok langsung terbit buku rek
Malah disarankan untuk pakai no rek yang lama
