★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus, customer service welcome banget. Kalau lama nunggu antrian bisa membaca surat kabar terletak di samping timur di sebelah timur.
Parkirnya kurang luas, jadi kalau pas banyak antrian motor, terpaksa parkir dibahu jalan.
Ada ATM juga di sebelah selatan kantor cabang ini. Lumayan bisa membantu, untuk ambil uang secara tunai.

Sudah menunggu CS lama 1 jam lebih, ternyata CS pergi istirahat. Kenapa dari awal tidak bilang kalau mau istirahat.
Terimakasih petugas dan CS yang sudah banyak menguras emosi saya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di sini tempatnya tidak terlalu luas, pas saya datang kesini bisa di bilang agak ramai.
Saya kurang tau kalau beda cabang sama atau tidak, karena kalau saya isi saldo di Bank Syariah Indonesia cabang jl.Ahmad Dahlan tidak perlu mengisi sejenis form lembaran kecil, tapi di sini disuruh isi oleh petugas keamanan.
Untuk pelayanannya bagus sama seperti cabang BSI lain yang pernah saya datangi. Mungki bisa dibilang pelayanan sesuai standar atau sesuai SOP Bank Syariah Indonesia.
Disini bisa untuk melayani Taspen.
Cuma untuk syarat barcode Aplikasi Pedulilindungi apabila memasuki bank tidak di suruh disini, saya barcode sendiri, kemudian ada beberapa orang masuk setelah saya tidak di suruh barcode Pedulilindungi.id, saya tidak tau apakah ini wajib atau tidak.

It's just that the Pedulilindungi application barcode requirements are not asked to enter the bank here, I barcoded myself, then there were several people entering after I wasn't asked to Pedulilindungi.id barcode, I don't know if this is mandatory or not.
