★ ★ ★ ★ ★ satu satunya bsm ,yang bilang pencairan deposito harus di tempat pembukaan confirm cs bernama wira,pelayanan mengecewakan dari semenjak datang,tidak di berikan nomor antrian,satpan tidak friendly ,butuh pelatihan.so...kalau yg no rek nya ga disini ga usah datang lah.
the only one is bsm, which says that deposit disbursement must be at the confirm cs opening named wira, disappointing service since arriving, not given a queue number, security guards are not friendly, need training. so... if the account number is not here, don't come lah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya strategis namun pelayanannya tdk memuaskan. Jam 8 pagi...pintu rolling doornya saja blm buka. Mau melayani jam berapa ? Sementara bank swasta lainnya sebelum jam 8 sudah bisa masuk ambil antrian.
The place is strategic but the service is unsatisfactory. 8 o'clock in the morning ... the rolling door just hasn't opened yet. What time do you want to serve? Meanwhile, other private banks before 8 o'clock can enter and take the queue.

BSM overall is a good bank to receive and store routine income. Still needs improvement for other perks though (internet banking, payment options in the ATM menu, e-money, etc)
