★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu tunggu untuk CS sangat lama, 2 jam. Tidak ada estimasi waktu tunggu juga. Baiknya cari alternatif bank bni syariah lain kecuali punya banyak waktu luang
 Waiting time for CS is very long, 2 hours. There is no estimated waiting time either. It's better to look for other sharia bni bank alternatives unless you have a lot of free time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah pelayanannya ramah, bisa daftar online juga tapi lama banget ya buat ngurus pembukuan di CS, harus geraknya lebih cepat kasian yang ngantri kelamaan 1 orang hampir 1 jam. Soalnya gregetan yang nunggu setelahny pasti negliatin jam trs lama muternya .
Alhamdulillah, the service is friendly, you can register online too, but it takes a long time to take care of bookkeeping in CS, you have to move faster, I'm queuing for 1 person for almost 1 hour. The problem is that the tough waiting afterward must be neglecting the long running clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses adminnya ribet hanya utk ambil dokumen lebih 3 minggu dan harus follow up teruss..nggak jelas janji bisa selesainya
The admin process is complicated, only to take documents for more than 3 weeks and have to follow up continuously... it's not clear the promise can be completed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CS nya sangat mengecewakan, satu nasabah bisa 1-2 jam. Tiga tahun yl ketika buka rekening haji pelayananannya seperti ini, skrg sdh jadi BSI tapi pelayanannya msh begitu2 juga. Sangat disayangkan sbg bank syariah terbesar tapi layananannya dibawah pelayanan bank2 lainnya, smg bisa cepat berbenah
The CS service is very disappointing, one customer can take 1-2 hours. Three years ago, when I opened my Hajj account, the service was like this, now I have become a BSI but the service is still the same. It's a shame as the largest Islamic bank but its services are below the services of other banks, hopefully it can be cleaned up quickly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titiknya di google salah ini, lokasi nya itu disebelah Soto Ambengan. Btw untuk gerai BSI nya sendiri ini cukup kecil ya, paling cukup untuk 8 pengunjung aja. Untuk CS nya baik dan ramah, tetapi untuk teller pas kemarin kesana cukup lama ya kerjanya.
