The location is difficult because you have to park inside the mall, while the mall parking lot is in the basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cukup baik. Tapi tempat berada di dalam mall. Kalau tidak fokus akan terlewat. Tempat berada di dalam mall Revo. Paling pojok dekat pintu parkir.
Service is good enough. But the place is inside a mall. If not focus will be missed. The place is inside the mall Revo. Most corner near the parking door.

Saat saya kesana hanya ada 1 teller dan 1 customer service yang bertugas
Saya harus menunggu 3 jam untuk keperluan ke CS
The saddle needs to be improved in terms of speed
When I was there there was only 1 teller and 1 customer service on duty
I have to wait 3 hours to go to CS

Satpamnya responsif dan menguasai produk perbankan. Salut?
Saya datang tanggal 30 Des, antrian CS sampai nomor 21. Pelayanan lama karena CS kerja sendiri. Harusnya satpam udah nge-cut atau membatasi nomor antrean.
Setelah itu, saya lama nunggu teller. Buku tabungan dan ktp saya masih di teller utk pemindahbukuan dan itu memakan waktu lebih dari 1 jam. Saya dateng jam setengah 12 dan harus pulang jam 6 sore!!!
Tolong perbaiki sistemnya ya...

I came on 30 December, the CS queue until number 21. The service was long because CS was working alone. The security should have cut or restricted the queue number.
After that, I waited for a long time teller. My bank book and ID are still in the teller for book-entry and that takes more than an hour. I came at half past 12 and had to go home at 6 pm !!!
Can you fix the system?
